We can announce that an agreement has been entered into for the sale of the GOT Bergen division to Westcon Power & Automation AS.
The acquisition comprises the division’s 50 employees located at Hilleren in Bergen, close to Haakonsvern, and the transfer will take effect as of 1 March 2026.
The division is well known for its expertise and solid experience through several contractual relationships with the Norwegian Armed Forces, and under Westcon it will continue to focus strongly on periodic maintenance, conversions, and modifications within the maritime technical market.
The background for the sale is a strategic assessment of opportunities and alternatives, in which we have concluded that Westcon is best positioned to provide long-term and predictable activity, as well as further development of the professional environment.
