GOT further strengthens its industrial focus through the acquisition of OneCo Ocean. As part of the transaction, GOT takes over OneCo’s shipyard operations, including Norway’s fourth-largest drydock located at Andøya.

According to our CEO Øystein Sunde Pedersen, the acquisition fits seamlessly into our existing structure and long-term strategy. “The activities of OneCo Ocean align well with our existing business, and this acquisition is strategically motivated as we continue to build a stronger industrial platform,” he explains.

Pedersen highlights the potential synergies between the companies: “We approach the same market from different angles and customer segments. Together, we create a stronger footprint, particularly within maritime operations and offshore-related customers.”

In addition to the dry dock and skilled crew in Kristiansand, follows a powerhouse team in Bergen. This team brings solid experience across marine and offshore services, and adds unique expertise from naval frigates and defence systems.

The main owners of GOT are the Southern Norway-based Glastad Capital and Leif Hübert.

With this acquisition, GOT surpasses NOK 1 billion in annual revenue and expands to more than 550 employees across its locations in Southern Norway, Bergen, and Las Palmas.
